PROPEL Operations Program

Reduce Operational Barriers, Accelerate Growth 

The PROPEL Operations Program provides critical financial support to NEMC Hub member companies, particularly startups and small businesses, to overcome operational challenges and expedite the commercialization of their microelectronics technologies. By offsetting costs associated with essential operational functions including Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tool licensing, training and patents, this program empowers companies to focus on innovation and lab-to-fab scale-up. 

Eligibility  

This program is available to the following NEMC Hub member companies:  

  • Companies with 50 or fewer employees: Eligible for grants up to $100,000 (requires a 25% cost share).  
  • Companies with 51-100 employees: Eligible for grants up to $100,000 (requires a 50% cost share).  

Please note that member companies with 101 or more employees are not eligible.

Applications are actively being accepted for the PROPEL Operations Program. To be considered for funding and support, please submit the following materials at any time before the close date of Friday, September 20 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

  • Membership in the NEMC Hub is required to participate in the program. Non-member companies interested in unlocking the program's advantages are invited to submit a NEMC Hub membership application for consideration.
