Reduce Costs, Accelerate Innovation 

The PROPEL Manufacturing Program empowers NEMC Hub member companies, particularly startups and small businesses, to bridge the gap between cutting-edge microelectronics concepts and validated devices. By defraying development costs, this NEMC program aims to accelerate the progress of innovative microelectronics technologies. 

Eligibility 

This program is available to the following NEMC Hub member companies: 

  • Companies with 50 or fewer employees: Eligible for grants up to $100,000 (requires a 25% cost share).
  • Companies with 51-100 employees: Eligible for grants up to $100,000 (requires a 50% cost share). 

Please note that member companies with 101 or more employees are not eligible.
